	InstallControls is not really an application, it's just an installation script that installs and registers all Microsoft components used in eMbedded Visual Basic. Nevertheless, the installation kit can be really useful. If there are more than one eVB applications installed, and one is uninstalled, all other eVB applications usually stops working. Then just run InstallControls and, voilá! Magically the remaining apps start working again.
